Leaders of coal enterprises in coal-producing countries around the world (chairmen, general managers, deputy general managers, chief engineers, deputy chief engineers, etc.), and heads of relevant departments and managers and technicians in the fields of production, technology, electromechanics, transport, ventilation, safety, equipment procurement and supply, information technology and intelligentization, and human resources, etc.;

3. Leaders of coal mines (open-pit) in coal-producing countries around the world (mine managers, deputy mine managers, chief engineers, deputy chief engineers, etc.), heads of departments of extraction, technology, electromechanics, transport, ventilation, safety, equipment procurement and supply, information technology and intellectualization, as well as managerial and technical personnel, etc.;
