1、The principle of booth arrangement: “first application, first payment, first arrangement”.
2、In order to make the overall arrangement of this exhibition more rationalized and internationalized, please fill in the “Application and Contract for Exhibiting” carefully and fax or mail it to the Organizing Committee of the General Assembly with your official seal stamped on it;
3、After registration, exhibitors shall pay 50% deposit of the exhibition fee within three working days; otherwise, the organizing committee of the conference has the right to adjust or cancel the booths set, and the balance of the payment shall be paid one month before the conference;
4. If an exhibitor unilaterally cancels its participation plan without the consent of the Organizing Committee, its paid participation fee will not be refunded;
5、Exhibitors are not allowed to transfer their scheduled booths without the consent of the Organizing Committee, otherwise the Organizing Committee has the right to cancel their eligibility to participate in the exhibition.
Note: In order to ensure the overall image of the exhibition, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to retain or change some of the exhibitors' booths.
